| Pathlight (formerly The Association For Community Living) has several RN / LPN positions available in various locations in Hampden, Hampshire and Franklin Counties. Summary of position: While working in small group homes with five individuals with developmental disabilities and complex medical needs, perform nursing duties to participate in the direct and indirect nursing care, health maintenance and related for individuals with developmental disabilities. Provide support and instruction to families, daycare providers and direct care staff, in keeping with established individualized nursing care plans, accepted practices and procedures, and applicable program policies/standards and the Nurse Practice Act. Qualifications: Knowledge of practical nursing requiring some advanced skills knowledge equal to high school plus additional specialized training. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. RN Summary of position: Perform nursing duties to provide direct and indirect nursing care including health maintenance, teaching, counseling, planning and restoration for individuals’ w/developmental disabilities Provide support and instruction to families, daycare providers, direct care staff in keeping with Program policies, Nurse Practice Ace and related standards and accepted practice. Qualifications: thorough knowledge of a specialized field such as nursing involving a thorough skills knowledge and the application of basic theory.
