Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with policies, regulations, and the Nurse Practice Act, as well as providing training to enhance program efficiency. Supervision of over 10 Nurses. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to step in as the primary backup for the Vice President of Nursing, showcasing your leadership skills and dedication to the team.
