Description:
Are you an innovative leader who has residential management experience supporting adults with developmental disabilities? Is your creativity limited by your work environment? The Consortium (www.wmtcinfo.org) is well respected for its progressive and community centered approach in supporting adults to share their gifts and realize their dreams. Leadership opportunity to work with a committed, diverse team supporting over 60 adults with developmental disabilities and/or autism. Seeking a leader with 5 or more years of management experience, familiar with Department of Developmental Services funded programs including 24 HR residential supports, community-based support, autism supports and self-advocacy. Commitment to a values based approach essential.

Responsibilities include: Providing program-wide strategic direction and oversight; development of support models, budget responsibility, staff training, supervision and development, nursing and clinical support, quality assurance. Participation in agency senior management, contract management, communications with key stakeholders and community resources.
Requirements:
Education & experience requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in related field required. Relevant Master’s Degree preferred. Professional experience may be substituted for educational requirement. Minimum of five years relevant experience: supervisory, management, MR/DD, residential services experience preferred.
