Position: Clubhouse Program Manager Full-Time

Location: Odyssey House - Holyoke, MA

Salary: $50,322 annual based on full-time

Hours: Minimum 40 hour work week

Full-Time Clubhouse Program Manager Summary: Responsible for providing leadership and management of a psychosocial rehabilitation clubhouse model using supervision of staff, management of day-to-day operations, liaison with funders, providers and the community and provision of services to ensure that individuals with serious mental illness are offered meaningful employment and educational opportunities in the community. Maintains full management control for all aspects of the local area operations in accordance with agency mission, leadership objectives, policies and practices, program funding, regulatory agencies, licensing and accreditation standards.

Requirements:
Full-Time Clubhouse Program Manager Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in related field such as human services, psychology, social work, rehabilitation or counseling with a minimum of four years of human service experience including two years of mental health required. Three years of supervisory experience in all aspects of human service program management required. Master's degree preferred. Bilingual/Spanish preferred. Prior experience with clubhouse model preferred.

Full-Time Clubhouse Program Manager Required Skills: Organizational skills, creative abilities, and excellent written and oral communication are a must. Exercises sound judgment in problem solving, prioritization and multitasking. Ability to work independently in a team environment and be flexible to meet program needs. A broad range of interpersonal skills to work with program participants, community employers, funding sources, and other professionals. Knowledge and respect for diverse population.
