Salary Range: Location: Per Year SOUTH HADLEY MA Job Type: Category: Full Time Sales/Outside Education Level: Work Experience: High School or Equivalent Preference: Preferred 2+ Preference: Preferred Skills/Certifications/Licences: BPI Building Analyst Certification - Preference: Preferred Description: Energy Specialists perform 2-3 home energy assessments per day, meeting new clients and identifying thermal deficiencies, as well as health and safety issues to improve the overall quality of our client's home environments. When performing a home energy assessment, our Energy Specialists install instant savings measures, such as LED light bulbs, digital thermostats, and water saving measures. They also create proposals for energy efficiency projects such as air sealing and insulation throughout the home, and help clients move forward with efficiency measures at highly discounted rates subsidized by their utility companies. This is an exciting career in a new and thriving industry and we take pride in being able to make positive impacts on our environment and our clients' energy consumption. Compensation & Benefits: Energy Specialists are compensated with a base salary and weekly/monthly commission incentives. Earning range from $60,000 to $100,000+ per year. The compensation structure provides for a stable, dependable income, but also allows the opportunity to earn significantly more compensation based on performance.
