Description: | The Jones Library is hiring a full time Management Assistant to perform complex bookkeeping and admin support duties requiring knowledge of accounting procedures, budgets, policies, and procedures. Supervises Library office operations, prepares payroll, manages AP/AR, fundraising donations, and Paypal accounts. Uses Quickbooks. Provides Library customer service, serves as Clerk for Trustees. Salary $35,000-$55,000, midrange hiring expected + excellent benefits.
