Position: Full-time Human Resources Coordinator

Location: Springfield

Rate of Pay: $15.75 per hour

Hours: 40 hours per week

Full-time Human Resources Coordinator Summary: As a vital member of the H.R. team, the Human Resources Coordinator plays a key role in the development and promotion of VIABILITY as an employer of choice to attract talent. Human Resources Coordinator seeks out innovative avenues to reach potential candidates utilizing the applicant tracking system, social media, job boards, etc. Responsible for onboarding from the initial stages of recruitment - job requisition processing, conducting initial screening of candidates, pre-employment screenings and background checks. Provides administrative support to the H.R. team to ensure excellent customer experience. The Human Resources Coordinator implements the organization’s mission and values by supporting individuals to make positive changes in their lives.

Requirements:
Full-time Human Resources Coordinator Qualifications: Associates Degree with one year related experience OR High School Diploma or GED with a least three years related experience preferably in the human resources field. Demonstrated proficiency with social media to post positions as well as source candidates. Proficiency in using word, excel, and data entry skills required. Must be able to learn and effectively use the ADP Workforce Now platform.



Full-time Human Resources Coordinator Requirements: Good public relations manner is essential to represent the agency. Excellent customer service skills with demonstrated ability to handle sensitive employee and business situations of a confidential nature. Working independently in a fast-paced environment, must be able to multi-task, prioritize and complete projects in a timely fashion. Ability to read and interpret documents such as policy and procedure manuals. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide. Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Must maintain a valid driver’s license, good driving record, reliable transportation and adequate auto insurance.
