Search Reopened - Fiscal and Grants Specialist

Large Head Start and Child Care Program seeking talented and motivated Fiscal and Grants Specialist to support Director of Business Operations. Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word, have excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, the ability to analyze data and work with complex budgets, be comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline driven environment, and the ability work independently or as a member of a team.

Experience in multi-funded grant and budget mgmt., fund accounting and knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) preferred. 6 years related experience with formal training in bookkeeping and/or accounting practices or AA in related field and 4 years related experience or BA in related field and 2 year related experience, degree preferred. Collaborative work environment, ongoing training and professional development, excellent benefits. Full time (37.5/week), up to $21.50/hr.
