Community Support Workers live this dedication by engaging individuals in their day-to-day communities on individual, group, after-hour, and weekend bases. At the CBFS (Community Based Flexible Services) program at Behavioral Health Network, we aim to help adults living with a severe and persistent mental health diagnosis live independently and flourish in their community. CBFS is a voluntary community outreach program funded by the Department of Mental Health.
