Join our team of competent and compassionate professionals as Administrative Support Staff in the Child Guidance Outpatient program at Behavioral Health Network! As a member of our Administrative Support Staff, you will need to demonstrate the ability to interface effectively with clients, staff, and the public, complete assigned tasks in an organized, dependable, and efficient manner, and display organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and follow through with tasks under minimal supervision. In this role, you will provide support for clinical activities and backup to intake coordinators as necessary. You will also demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the intake process in the absence of the intake coordinator and perform any tasks as requested by your supervisor.
The Child Guidance Clinic Outpatient program at BHN provides comprehensive mental health, educational, developmental, behavioral, and consultative services to children, adolescents, and their families in Springfield, MA and the surrounding communities. Our multidisciplinary staff offer a variety of culturally competent programs in our clinic, at numerous community sites, and in homes. Behavioral Health Network is a growing non-profit community behavioral health agency that has been providing services to children, adults, families and communities in Western Massachusetts since 1938. Requirements:
Administrative Support Staff at Behavioral Health Network have the following qualities:
• Basic computer skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred).
• Familiarity with Internet, word processing and email systems.
• Minimum of 6 months related office experience (preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
