Requirements include providing diagnostic, prescriptive and evaluative services and individual and group instruction for identified students. This individual will act as a resource teacher in reading to regular classroom teachers by assisting them in organizing their reading program, selecting materials, suggesting teaching techniques and relating their instructional program to the special needs of students. Requirements include a Master’s degree with a K-12 license as a Reading Specialist with dual licensure in Special Education. 3-5 years’ experience is required and prefer experience working with students with Individual Education Plans.
