Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, leading/modeling activities of daily living and supporting the treatment philosophy of the program. Experience working with at-risk youth preferred. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent with experience in the field. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. Must have a valid driver’s license with approved driving record, CORI, and DCF background checks. Knowledge of trauma informed care helpful. This position also requires a candidate to obtain a 7D pupil transport license. For minimum requirements to be met, candidates must be at least 21 years of age and have had a driver's license for 3 continuous years.
