Description:
We’re looking for a top-notch project manager who enjoys wearing many hats, loves all things technology, and who thrives with helping people solve problems. The ideal candidate will find joy in anchoring a high volume of routine work while planning and implementing several special projects each year. The operations manager is a member of a small and highly collaborative administrative team and will help keep our organization on the leading edge of information access, usage and security.

Our team is an intentional mix of seasoned organizers, campaigners, policy wonks, digital-communications experts, and rock-solid administrative and fundraising staff. We're not a startup, but we've got startup energy: We're nimble, constantly learning and changing, and know when it's time to double down for the win and then celebrate our victories.

We have offices in Washington, D.C., and Florence, Massachusetts, and many staff who telework from other locations.

We're committed to recruiting and retaining creative, ethical, smart and innovative people with a sense of humor. Accordingly, we offer competitive salaries and excellent benefits, including medical, vision and dental insurance; retirement benefits; health reimbursement, dependent care and commuter-expense accounts; and up-to-date IT systems that allow for flexible work locations. Oh, and we have this crazy idea that employees do better work if they have time to enjoy life with friends and families, so we offer a total of nine weeks of paid time off each year.
