POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES •Work from engineering prints, drawings, written and verbal instructions. Load and change parts on machinery to ensure the proper working order and product production for various areas including sheet metal, deburr, CNC, and chop saw. •Ensure parts for the deburring area are properly tumbled and washed to meet specifications and quality standards. •Press inserts ad punch necessary holes in sheet metal to specifications. •Work with CNC operators loading parts into machinery. •Cut materials to specified lengths as needed. ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES •Maintain established quality and quantity standards. Follow prescribed safety precautions, established company and department policies, procedures, rules and regulations. •Detect and report improper operations, faulty equipment, defective materials and questionable conditions to proper supervision. •Maintain work area(s) and equipment in a clean, orderly and safe condition. •Maintain daily production and other records as required. •Perform other related duties as required or directed Flexibility in work schedule is required including the ability to work extended hours as operational needs require.
