Description:
SHOW Circus Studio is a recreational circus school that is looking for a hard-working, focused, and fun-loving individual to join our team as our new Front Desk and Registration Associate. The role of the Front Desk staff is to support, manage, and administer enrollment for all classes through our client software, as well as handle and facilitate the collection of payment from clients. The Front Desk also serves as the general customer service face for general interactions between all clients contacting the studio via phone, email, or mail.

All employees at SHOW Circus Studio receive a free class every session, open studio training time, special discounts on other programs, and fun staff events each session. SHOW is a fantastic place to work and we hope to find the right person that can help push our business to the next level!

Job Responsibilities

Hours
• Part-time only (20-25 hours/week). MUST BE available Mondays through Thursdays from 4-8pm and Saturdays from 9am-2pm

Customer Service/Front Desk/Registration
• Answer phone, check voicemail and email, collect and distribute mail/packages
• Maintain office & cleaning supplies
• Act as point of communication between clients and instructors/studio
• Maintain and update important message boards and information in the studio
• Lost & Found: Maintain and clean out monthly
• Data Entry of New Physical Waivers
• Create and Distribute Bi-Monthly Newsletter via MailChimp
• Other administrative data entry tasks (student recommendations, tracker, etc)
• Monitor all payment plans, enrollments, and charges to the studio
• Act as the main point of contact for clients when enrolling in person- handle enrollment inquiries, scheduling requirements, curriculum placement questions and all other studio inquiries and assist students in signing up for classes.
• Payment Plans- Create, maintain, and process all client payment plans to ensure that clients are paid up to date and that delinquent accounts are addressed.
• Maintain and generate all client credits
• Assist the Executive Director in creating, rescheduling, and modifying classes for each session
• Assist all instructors with payment software and enrollments, as well as schedule software and attendance.
Requirements:
• 1+ years front desk experience
• 1+ years customer service experience
• MUST BE available Mondays through Thursdays from 4-8pm and Saturdays from 9am-2pm
• Must be comfortable with technology and able to learn new programs quickly
• Strong attention to detail
• Must be motivated and able to work with minimal supervision in a busy environment
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skill
• Mailchimp, Google, and Pike 13 (FrontDesk) experience is a plus
• A positive attitude and great interpersonal skills required!
