The MAP Supervisor oversees compliance with the MAP regulations and manages the day-to-day tasks as related to the program. These duties include: intake of new or visiting individuals' medications, training staff, ensuring compliance with policies, follow up with physician offices, monitoring refills and other medication related issues. The successful candidate will have current certification in MAP with a minimum of 6 months experience, and will have current CPR and First Aid or willingness to become certified. Candidate must be highly organized, able to work across systems and departments, and have strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience working with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a day or residential program is recommended. BA level of education is desired.This is a full-time benefit eligible position. Compensation is commensurate with experience and skill level.
