Become a part of our team of competent and compassionate professionals as the Management Supervisor of the Group Living Environment in the ACCS program at Behavioral Health Network! The Management Supervisor oversees multiple site managers and group living environments and manages all of the operations of these locations, including the physical and mental health care of the residents. They are in charge of all of the staff trainings, including MAP training, as well as the hiring of new employees into the program. Management Supervisors in ACCS have the opportunity to learn more about the operations of programs funded by the Department of Mental Health (DMH), as well as the chance to grow and hone their supervisory skills. Adult Clinical Community Services (ACCS) is a program that serves adults with mental health concerns. ACCS is a multifaceted program which uses an integrated team model to perpetuate recovery and wellness for the individuals served.
