Become a part of our team of competent and compassionate professionals as a Medical Assistant at the Liberty Street at Behavioral Health Network! Medical Assistants at Behavioral Health Network coordinate with psychiatrists and APRNs to provide assessments of individuals served prior to their medical appointments. . Additionally, Medical Assistants provide support to providers by taking patient vitals, medication refill management, scheduling appointments and obtaining prior authorizations.

The Liberty Street Clinic at Behavioral Health Network offers mental health and substance abuse outpatient treatment to adults using individual, group, and family/couple modalities. Requirements:
Medical Assistants at Behavioral Health Network have the following qualities:
• Excellent organization and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness and ability to work with challenging and diverse individual populations
• Familiarity with Internet, word processing and email systems.
• Experience working with a psychiatric population (preferred).
• Medical Assistant Certificate or Degree.
