Help provide individualized care to those in recovery from substance use in the Western Massachusetts community!

Become a part of our team of competent and compassionate professionals as a Registered Nurse at the Adult Community Clinical Services at Behavioral Health Network! Registered Nurses strive to provide high quality community based care to the individuals they serve. This will be done by participating in clinical assessments, preparing and submitting nursing assessments in home or at community locations, treatment planning and service delivery process for rehabilitative services. They provide oversight of medical and psychiatric monitoring consultation and coordination of medical care for individuals served and ongoing service training and consultation to staff. The Registered Nurse will monitor staff training and provide regular supervision to staff. Finally, the RN will act as a liaison to area and regional medical facilities.

Adult Clinical Community Services is a program that serves adults with mental health concerns. Requirements:
Registered Nurses at Behavioral Health Network have the following qualities:
• Be committed to consumer empowerment, growth, human tights and community integration.
• Be well organized
• Have good interpersonal skills
• Have familiarity with internet, word processing and email systems.
• Demonstrates leadership skills and abilities.
• Proficiency in applying the nursing process to individuals and families.
• Ability to advocate for clients.
• Current Nursing License by the Massachusetts Board of Registration (required).
• Five (5) years experience in the human services field with a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Driver’s license and a reliable car available for working hours.
