OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

The Operations Coordinator is responsible for coordinating work for the Facilities, Information Technology, and Data departments, and for managing purchasing of equipment, materials, and products for the agency. Serve as the organization’s representative for the Operations department on coordination, procurement issues and procedures. Provide support and management of Facilities ticketing system, dispatching and coordinating work at agency sites, including environments for very young children and their families.

This position is located in Greenfield, MA. The Operations Department offers a supportive working environment and flexible hours. Salary range $17.50 - $18.57 with excellent benefits.

Requirements:
High School degree or High School Equivalency
Five years of related experience, including professional procurement/purchasing experience in a mid-sized organization.
A minimum of two years’ experience in accounts payable or business office environment.
Experience in a not-for-profit environment preferred.
Experience managing or coordinating projects preferred.
Experience with database ticketing systems preferred.
