JOB DESCRIPTION
The CISabroad GACAA reports to the Assistant Director of the Global Educators Global Advising Center (ADGAC). The CISabroad GACAA works with all advisors within CISabroad and is responsible for assisting and providing support to the GAC team across several systems. Our customer relationship management (CRM) software, crucial advising resources in Google Sheets and PayPal are systems with which this position will become familiar. The position’s main objective will be to maintain core advising functions in order to increase efficiency and volume of paid applicant conversions.
This position is part of a team of new and experienced professionals at CISabroad who work collaboratively to increase enrollment of CISabroad programs. This position is a good fit for independent, self-motivated, creative, critical thinking, and energetic young professionals or recent graduates interested in the field of international education.
SPECIFIC DUTIES
Database and GAC Systems Support
Assist with fair lead imports from paper and iPad sources sourced from university events across the US
Assist with processing paid deposits
Provide applicants to our programs with access to their portal of application documents
Manage the shared admissions process in our CRM software with the Enrollment Management team by marking off forms as completed
Make updates to the major-specific study programs database
Other duties as assigned by advisors and departments within CISabroad
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Bachelor’s degree
Strong organizational skills
Availability from 9-11 AM ET on most weekdays
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Strong listening skills
Ability to pay attention to detail
Ability to adapt
Team player

Experience studying, working or living abroad
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

SALARY AND BENEFITS
Entry-level hourly wage
Schedule: Part-time, temporary (August through December) position averaging 20-25 hours per week with shifts ranging between 9:00 AM-7:00 PM

Paid sick time - 1 hour earned for every 30 hours worked
