*LGBTQ Program Specialist*

Community Action Youth Programs is seeking an energetic, highly organized individual with excellent communication and advocacy skills to work with LGBTQIA+ youth and allies ages 10-21 in Franklin and Hampshire Counties. The ideal candidates will be a positive role model who can effectively build relationships work with parents, schools, and community based organizations. Must have excellent youth facilitation skills and experience working with youth leaders. Must have extensive knowledge of area services, supports, and community resources for LGBTQIA+ youth. Must be a strong team member, be detail oriented, able to plan trips and community events, and take initiative. Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and safe driver record. $16.50-17.50/hr; 20 hrs/wk. Excellent prorated benefits.
