Description:
Position: Clubhouse Support Professional 1 - Clubhouse Unit Coordinator - (Bilingual or proficiency in ASL preferred) - Full Time
Location: Lighthouse – Springfield, MA
Rate of Pay: $14.00 per hour (with additional $40 biweekly stipend for second language)
Hours: 40 hours per week
Schedule: 8:00am – 4:00pm M – F (some holidays, evenings & weekends may be required based on programmatic need)

Full-time Clubhouse Support Professional 1 Summary:
Within the clubhouse model, oversee the operations of 1-2 unit(s) which may include housing, employment, intake, or transportation services, depending on the needs of the clubhouse. Facilitate and ensure coordination of unit activities that lead to the provision of services for people with mental health conditions in the clubhouse program. Work with a team to complete reporting and ensure contract goals and requirements are met. Establish annual placement goals and report monthly on activities and outcomes to providers and stakeholders.
This position will oversee and support the work of other staff and members to create a positive team environment. Working in the clubhouse model requires multi-tasking and a generalist attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Work directly with and alongside adults with mental illness engaging them in various tasks and activities to build their skills and confidence, and prepare them for employment. Serve as site manager for assigned external job sites, including learning the job, providing on-the-job training and support, and working effectively with the employer to maintain the job site. Serve as a non-clinical advisor to as caseload of members. The Senior Clubhouse Unit Coordinator implements the organization’s mission and values by supporting individuals to make positive changes in their lives.

Full-time Clubhouse Support Professional 1 Qualifications: High School/GED or HiSET with at least 1 year human service experience required.
Requirements:
Full-time Clubhouse Support Professional 1 Requirements: Must demonstrate proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Outlook, Electronic Health Records, time card keeping system and learning management system. Valid driver’s license, 3 years driving experience, good driving record, use of vehicle with compulsory auto insurance and vehicle registration, and willingness to transport program members in personal and/or agency vehicle. Must be able to travel within the region to access residential settings, employers, and community organizations.
