The Director of Integration Performance provides effective and positive leadership to the Integration Quality team by providing oversight, orientation, training, and supervision. As Director, you will identify different types of data that need tracking to improve patient outcomes, service delivery, and staff performance. You will work with Integration leadership to determine criteria for chart audits and audit tools, as well as prioritizing suggested changes. The Director of Integration Performance also conducts site reviews, determine compliance with contract requirements, and generate reports. You will need to ensure compliance with EOHHS, individual ACO/MCO, One Care, CSP, and Integrated BH contracts and act as liaison between Integration and the IS/IT team for technical enhancements. The Director of Integration Performance provides consultation and training on the use of data to improve patient outcomes. Requirements: The Director of Integration Performance needs to have the following qualities: • An MBA or Advanced Degree in Informatics. • A minimum of five years of experience in data analysis. • Be committed to consumer empowerment, growth, human rights, and community integration. • A working knowledge of contract requirements. • A high level of math skills and ability to translate mathematical information into concise reports. • Be meticulous and detail oriented. • Understand the importance of information to inform system change.
