Salary Range: Location: Per Year WESTMINSTER MA Job Type: Category: Full Time Manufacturing/Production Education Level: Work Experience: High School or Equivalent Preference: Nice to have 3+ Preference: Preferred Skills/Certifications/Licences: Description: We are looking for a shift supervisor with experience in injection molding to run our day shift that works Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and 1/2 day Wednesday on the 5a-5p shift. The qualified candidate will have at least 3 years previous injection molding experience. the supervisor is responsible for safety and overall production on their shift. Setup and startup of injection molding machines, including process optimization, quality inspection and release of production process while supervising machine operators. Warrant daily operation by troubleshooting of injection molding related problems Qualification of materials and molds, including optimization and implementation of process parameters. Documenting and getting authorization for deviation of processes. Assist, lead or support projects as needed such as machine repairs. Assist with the training of co-workers like machine operators on how to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot machinery Disassembly and assembly of molds, including hot runner systems, analyzing basic mold problems, like cooling problems, venting etc. and repairing them as required Repairing and preventive maintenance of mold cavities and cores to ensure continuous production and a smooth operation; troubleshooting and identifying tooling issues Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, have the ability to read, write and speak in English. Preference given to bilingual candidates. Must be able to work the established work schedule.
