Join our team of competent and compassionate professionals as a Receptionist at the Carlson Recovery Center at Behavioral Health Network! Receptionists are critical members of a well-run office environment! As a Receptionist, you will be able to interact with a wide variety of individuals including clients, staff, and the general public. Using your organizational skills and ability to prioritize and follow through on tasks, Receptionists provide support for clinical activities and provide back up to the Intake Coordinator when needed. In addition, Receptionists are dependable and efficient as they perform general tasks such as checking in and scheduling individuals, processing paperwork, answering phones, and performing other tasks as requested.

The Carlson Recovery Center serves those 18 years of age and older who are suffering from drug and alcohol addiction within the first 5-7 days of their recovery. The 32-bed program is also open to those who are under a court order to seek treatment. A 24-hour multidisciplinary team, including a Medical Director, a board-certified Family Physician, and an Addiction Medicine Physician, provides acute treatment and detoxification services. Behavioral Health Network is a growing non-profit community behavioral health agency that has been providing services to children, adults, families and communities in Western Massachusetts since 1938. Requirements:
Receptionists at Behavioral Health Network have the following qualities:
• Basic computer skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (required).
• Familiarity with Internet, word processing and email systems.
• Minimum of 6 months of related office experience (preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
