Mount Tom Center for Mental Health and Recovery is a community-based outpatient mental health and substance use disorder program providing on-site and outreach counseling services for children, adolescents, adults, couples , and families, including those with developmental disabilities. Requirements: Team Leaders at Behavioral Health Network have the following qualities: • Knowledge of psychotherapy, family/systems dynamics, child development and pathology, substance abuse, and group work. • Familiarity with internet, word processing and email systems (required). • At least five years experience working with the above populations (required). • LICSW, LMHC, or Ph.D. licensure (required).
