Are you skilled at empowering those struggling with mental health to be in the ‘driver’s seat’ of their lives?

Become a part of our team of competent and compassionate professionals as a Clinical Team Leader in the Adult Clinical Community Services (ACCS) program at Behavioral Health Network! Clinical Team Leaders provide the preliminary screenings, Comprehensive Assessments, and Individual Action Plans for the DMH referrals. They work closely with the program staff to establish and maintain an environment that supports recovery, skill building, and greater independence for the people served by this program. The Clinical Team Leader also provides individual and group treatment to the residents as well as support, consultation, and training to the program staff. They oversee some case management and receive regular clinical supervision. This position is best suited for a clinician who is versatile, enjoys utilizing diverse skills, and thrives within a team structure.

Adult Clinical Community Services (ACCS) is a program that serves adults with mental health concerns. ACCS is a multifaceted program which uses an integrated team model to perpetuate recovery and wellness for the individuals served.

Requirements:
Clinical Team Leaders at Behavioral Health Network have the following qualities:
• Experience with adults experiencing mental health challenges (required).
• A behavioral health related Master’s degree that is license-eligible in Massachusetts (required).
• Current licensure (required).
• Valid driving license, clean driving record and dependable vehicle.
