Job Description
The Digital Marketing Manager has varied responsibilities that all revolve around a central theme of marketing, and reports to the CFO. This position is responsible for various marketing tasks, including managing online listings/review sites, email marketing, inquiry management messages, website optimization, social media, Google AdWords/Facebook Ads, and SEO. The position plays a significant role in analyzing, developing and implementing processes and procedures that support the operations and growth of CISabroad.

Primary Responsibilities:

--Digital Marketing
o Work with Senior Staff and Directors to plan and evaluate online marketing presence
o Oversee and execute SEO strategies
o Manage digital ad platforms including Google AdWords and Facebook Ads campaigns and landing
pages
o Ensure online marketing listings are managed properly
o Assist with production and delivery of monthly student newsletter, as well as one-off
promotional emails
o Assist with social media strategies
o Assist with development and monitor effectiveness of inquiry management systems

--Web & CRM Support
o Propose, field requests for, and oversee technology projects pertinent to marketing.
o Serve as liaison between company staff for execution of website projects specific to marketing.
o Support and manage inquiry management systems in CRM
o Support University Relations and other staff for general marketing and inquiry management
needs


Qualifications and Skills
o Bachelor’s degree
o Experience with internet marketing practices and online technologies: analytical tools, SEO tools,
search engine marketing, website CMS (custom and WordPress)
o Familiarity with or willingness to achieve basic familiarity with HTML
o Exceptional organizational and system building skills
o Three years of professional work experience; two years full-time in marketing and/or technology
o Strong written and oral communication skills
o Creativity
o Ability to prioritize projects and requests based on bottom line impact
o Friendly, positive, and patient demeanor
o Excellent work ethic and self-discipline; a self-starter

Physical Requirements
o Normal, corrective vision range; ability to see color and to distinguish letters, numbers and
symbols.
o Frequently required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, bend and reach.
o Ability to reach with hands and arms.
o Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
