Rate of Pay: $18.75 per hour
Hours: Up to 25 hours per week
Summary: The Supported Living Coordinator provides direct outreach services to individuals with disabilities to enable them to achieve greater independence. Develops and maintains positive working relationships that assist consumers in achieving self-fulfillment through their life goals and desires

|Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with five years related experience OR Master’s degree in human service field and three years related. One year supervisory or human service experience desired. Knowledge of and respect for diverse populations.|
Requirements: Ability to use computers to include Microsoft Word, data entry, email, and internet essential. Must have a valid driver's license, 3 years driving experience, good driving record, use of vehicle and willingness to transport participants in personal vehicle. Must be able to travel within the region to access residential settings, employers, offices, and community organizations. Must be fluent in Spanish.
