Are you ready to help Integration teams by determining contract compliance, providing organization, and analyzing reports?

Join our competent, caring, and supportive professionals as one of our Integration Quality Coordinators for Integrated Care at Behavioral Health Network! The Integration Quality Coordinators provide quality assurance and quality improvement review for programs. As an Integration Quality Coordinator you will conduct site/team reviews and provide guidance to supervisory staff to determine compliance with contract requirements, conduct chart audits using agreed upon criteria for review, and generate reports based on the collected data. You will also conduct follow-up analysis as needed. You will write and update procedural manuals incorporating process improvements. The Integration Quality Coordinators will also oversee the Quality Assistants.

Requirements:
An Integration Quality Coordinator needs to have the following qualities:
• Five years experience in the human services or related fields (required).
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (required); Clinical Master’s Degree or Licensed Registered Nurse (preferred).
• A working knowledge of contract requirements.
• Ability to analyze data as it relates to population health.
• Understanding of the importance of information to inform system change.
• Detail-oriented and has high level mathematical skills.
• Commitment to consumer empowerment, growth, human rights, and community integration.
