A little about us
Pathlight partners with people with disabilities to create opportunities and build relationships throughout their lives. We want to live in a world where people with intellectual disabilities, developmental disabilities, and autism are recognized for their full human potential; where they are empowered to build an engaged and connected life, made up of the people and activities that they choose and that are meaningful to them. We achieve this vision through a shared commitment to a well-trained and supported workforce and by focusing on the wishes and dreams of the people we serve.
What does a Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) do?
At Pathlight Group, as an RN/LPN, you'll play a vital role in providing holistic nursing care to individuals with developmental disabilities. Your days will be filled with meaningful interactions, from health maintenance to counseling and education. By following our Program policies, Nurse Practice Act, and industry standards, you'll ensure that each person receives the best care possible. Not only will you be supporting our residents, but you'll also provide guidance to families, day program providers, and direct care staff.
Your expertise and compassion will make a significant impact on the lives of those we serve, creating a positive and nurturing environment for all.
