Requirements: Minimum requirements include having a Master’s Degree or higher and being eligible for a Massachusetts professional license such as LICSW, LMHC, LMFT or Licensed Psychologist. Candidates should be able to demonstrate a high level of skill in therapeutic engagement of diverse clients, hold fidelity to evidence based practices that match presenting problems, good diagnostic skills, and the ability to work with clinical documentation and electronic health records (EHR).
