Salary Range: Location: Per Year WESTFIELD MA Job Type: Category: Full Time Human Services Education Level: Work Experience: High School or Equivalent Preference: Required Up to One Year Preference: Required Skills/Certifications/Licences: Description: Position: Clubhouse Unit Coordinator Full-Time (Fluency in Spanish preferred) Location: Westfield, MA – Forum House Rate of Pay: $14 per hour (with additional $40 biweekly stipend for second language) Hours: 40 hours a week Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm ( some evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required) Full-Time Clubhouse Unit Coordinator Summary: Work side-by-side with members with mental illness in accomplishing work of the unit, assisting members in building their skills, including vocational and social, while assuming responsibility for completion of documentation according to agency policy, procedures, and standards. Manage and co-manage transitional employment sites, learning the job, providing absence coverage, advertising, and choosing members for openings. Advocate for and assist members in accessing benefits, entitlements, and community resources. Full-Time Clubhouse Unit Coordinator Qualifications: High School/GED or HiSet with one year of relevant experience required. Bachelor's degree in human services, social work, or psychology preferred. Experience with or knowledge of diverse populations preferred. Requirements: Full-Time Clubhouse Unit Coordinator Requirements: Proficient in Microsoft Office. Valid driver’s license, 3 years driving experience, good driving record, use of vehicle with compulsory auto insurance and vehicle registration, and willingness to transport program members in personal and/or agency vehicle. Must be able to travel within the region to access residential settings, employers, and community organizations.
