Be the catalyst to help local adults with mental, behavioral, or substance abuse issues receive the integrated care that they need to succeed!

Become a part of our team of competent and compassionate professionals as an Enrollment Specialist with a focus on making effective outreach attempts to clients who are eligible for the One Care program as well as Behavioral Health Community Partner (BHCP) program at Behavioral Health Network! Enrollment Specialists strive to provide high quality identification, outreach, and engagement services to target care management populations while marketing the care management services to partner agencies.

Enrollment Specialists assist in locating and enrolling candidates that are dually-eligible for our One Care Health Home and BHCP programs with the goal of engagement and enrollment of all eligible individuals. Enrollment Specialists spread the word about the benefits of both programs by giving presentations to local referral sources, and partnering with these sources to assist candidates with their enrollment. There are many opportunities for learning, growth, and advancement in this position. Enrollment Specialists learn about Masshealth and Medicare insurances, as well as ACO’s and MCO’s. They can attend professional trainings offered by BHN’s Professional Development Department as well as free college courses as they become available.

Both the One Care and BHCP programs hold the individual at their cores. Through care coordination and integration, One Care assists adults ages 21-64 with medical, behavioral health, or substance abuse concerns in navigating the health care system and improving their health outcomes. BHCP practices the same method of care coordination for adults ages 18-64. Behavioral Health Network is a growing non-profit community behavioral health agency that has been providing services to children, adults, families and communities in Western Massachusetts since 1938. BHN provides comprehensive, outcome-driven behavioral health care. We are dedicated to offering high quality, affordable and culturally appropriate care to people of all ages and income levels in our constituent communities.
