By understanding each constituents needs, the Director assesses capabilities and monitors progress toward established goals. The Director/Corporate Trainer develops, implements, and customizes training curriculum to meet the needs of business partners. Responsibilities include ensuring that all business and contractual agreements and objectives are met, and the operations are managed within budgetary limits. The Director implements the organization’s mission and values by supporting individuals to make positive changes in their lives. Full-time Director/Corporate Trainer Qualifications: Master’s degree and a minimum of five years’ experience required. Bachelor’s degree and ten year’s related experience with five years of management experience may substitute. Knowledge and respect for diverse population. Requirements: Full-time Director/Corporate Trainer Requirements: Ability to read and interpret documents such as policy and procedure manuals. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedures. Must have excellent communication skills (verbal and in writing) as well as demonstrate an adaptable, flexible and creative approach in fulfilling the duties of the position. Ability to solve practical problems and to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Familiarity with computers and basic word processing, database and spreadsheet software skills are required. Valid driver’s license, 3 years driving experience, good driving record, use of vehicle with compulsory auto insurance and vehicle registration. Must be able to travel 40 to 50% nationwide.
