Description:
Salasin Project Individual and Family Support Advocate to provide strength-based, trauma-informed, recovery focused home-visiting support and advocacy to individuals and families in the Franklin County area who have experienced interpersonal/domestic violence. Additional skills include assistance with the referral and access of resources, facilitation of communication with other community providers and systems, as well as representing the Salasin Project at cooperative program meetings. This position is 24 hours part-time, 3 - 8 hour shifts.

This is an opportunity to work out of an office in Greenfield with an amazing and dynamic collaborative team.
Requirements:
Minimum requirements: Bachelors with 4 years’ experience or equivalent working with individuals and families who have experienced domestic/interpersonal violence. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required. We value lived experience and welcome candidates who have bilingual/bicultural identities.
