The Inside Sales Rep will interface directly with customers with a particular focus generating sales leads with teams, non-profits, and schools.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

-Serve existing customers and expand geographic and customer foot print with expanding product offerings
-Aggressively expand Vomax custom sales lead with a focus on meet-ups, college and school clubs, non-profits, and school teams
-Handle all sales related tasks from prospecting to closing deals with retailors, individuals, organizations and clubs
-Commitment to understand customer needs with a passion to deliver excellence
-Event based, telephonic and e-mail communication with existing and prospective customers
-Develop accurate sales forecasts by product mix for optimal production needs
-Work closely with Customer Service Managers to ensure seamless handling of numerous details related to providing world class customer service to existing and new client base
-Communicate effectively with other internal departments on artwork, production needs, delivery dates, credit issues, re-orders, special requests, advertising funds, promotions, etc.
-Work closely with product design and development team to convey latest industry trends, product performance needs, market trends and competition status
-Travel Required
Requirements:
-Knowledge of sports and technical performance apparel.
-Proven track record of prospecting and selling into global brands, purchasing groups, licenses and retail
-Know-how and proven history of building brand awareness, delivering territory sales revenue numbers and working with customer product development, design, merchandising, product and sales managers to introduce new products
-Understanding the discovery aspect of selling, business analytics and ways to present value business model solutions related to the company

Personal Requirements

-Minimum 4 year college degree
-Actively participates in at least one of the sports that Vomax caters to
-Broad understanding of regional and national market trends
-Self motivated, confident, positive and organized individual with 2-3+ years of track record of sales
-Enthusiastic and passionate with strong work ethics
-Natural relationship builder
-Adept at understanding sales cycle and proficient at handling and overcoming standard objections to close a sale primarily via telephone.
-Efficiency in Microsoft Windows software. Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-Must be willing to commute or relocate to Northampton, MA
