Our company provides Residential Support to adults with disabilities within the Western Ma. community. Responsibilities for this position will include: – Peripheral Installation of Printers, Monitors, etc. – Basic Configuration and updates of Windows 7 and 10, and common office applications (Office 16, Adobe Acrobat/Reader) – Basic End user support for desktops, laptops, tablets, and phones – Troubleshooting basic networks, and copiers/fax/printers – Data entry related to IT equipment, updates, and tickets This position reports to the IT Specialist and is based in our Springfield Office.
