Description:
PROGRAM MANAGER (SPRINGFIELD, MA)
Guidewire is currently accepting applications for a Residential Program Manager. This is a full time, exempt, management position located in the Springfield, MA area. The ideal candidate will have management experience, strong leadership and supervisory skills, excellent time management and organizational skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Program Managers are responsible for the management of the daily operations of one or more Guidewire, Inc. residential program(s). Job Responsibilities include supervising and training Direct Support staff, scheduling and administrative duties, program support, MAP compliance, on call crisis phone rotation, managing funds. Qualifications: bachelor’s degree or 4 years management experience in human services or a related field preferred, experience working with individuals with disabilities in residential settings preferred, demonstrated written and oral communication skills, demonstrated ability to work independently, as a team and willingness to work cooperatively with others, familiarity with Microsoft Office software (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint), demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality, experience working for a non-profit organization preferred, and medical background is a plus.
