Salary Range: Location: Per Hour WESTFIELD MA Job Type: Category: Part Time Driving/Delivery/Transportation Education Level: Work Experience: High School or Equivalent Preference: Required Up to One Year Preference: Required Skills/Certifications/Licences: Description: Position: Clubhouse Support Professional 1/ Van Driver – Full Time Location: Westfield, MA Rate of Pay: $14 per hour Hours: 30-35 hours per week Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 7:00am-12:00pm and 2:00pm-4:00pm Tuesday and Thursday 7:00am-4:00pm (Hours will vary depending on length of van run) Full-Time Clubhouse Support Professional 1/Van Driver Summary: Work side-by-side with members with mental illness in accomplishing work of the unit, assisting members in building their skills, including vocational and social, while assuming responsibility for completion of documentation according to agency policy, procedures, and standards. Manage and co-manage transitional employment sites, learning the job, providing absence coverage, advertising, and choosing members for openings. Advocate for and assist members in accessing benefits, entitlements, and community resources. Also responsible for providing van transportation for members to assist them in getting to work and community activities. Responsible for ensuring vehicle is safe and in operational condition, required paperwork is completed, and performing various other duties. Requirements: Full-Time Clubhouse Support Professional 1/Van Driver Qualifications: High School/GED or HiSET with one year of relevant experience required. Bachelor's degree in human services, social work, or psychology preferred. Experience with or knowledge of diverse populations preferred. Full-Time Clubhouse Support Professional 1/Van Driver Requirements: Proficient in Microsoft Office. Valid driver’s license, 3 years driving experience, good driving record, use of vehicle with compulsory auto insurance and vehicle registration, and willingness to transport program members in personal and/or agency vehicle. Must be able to travel within the region to access residential settings, employers, and community organizations.
