Salary Range: Location: Per Year SPRINGFIELD MA Job Type: Category: Full Time Human Services Education Level: Work Experience: Bachelor's Degree Preference: Required other Preference: Required Skills/Certifications/Licences: Description: Position: Director of Program Operations Full-Time Location: Springfield, MA/Hampden County Rate of Pay: $55,00 Annually Hours: 40 hours per week Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm Full-Time Director of Program Operations Summary: The Director of Program Operations will work with the Chief Operating Officer, Senior Vice President, MA Vice President, and Directors on the planning, development, implementation and evaluation of the agency’s programs operated under the Senior Vice President. S/he will coordinate various aspects of new program development from research, proposal writing, policy writing, training, and electronic record development. S/he will monitor the contracting process to ensure full compliance. S/he will participate in the Quality Improvement process assisting all programs meet regulatory and accreditation requirements. S/he will serve as the Criminal Offender Record Checks (CORI) Officer for assigned programs. Requirements: Full-Time Director of Program Operations Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with seven years related experience OR Master’s degree with five years related experience. Direct service delivery experience and a year of management experience preferred. Ability to read, write and interpret documents such as state regulations and CARF accreditation standards. Ability to coordinate and prepare contract documents including initiation of new contracts, mid-year contract amendments and annual renewals. Excellent math skills and a keen attention to detail required. Full-Time Director of Program Operations Requirements: Ability to use computers to include Microsoft Word, data entry, email, and internet essential. Must have a valid driver's license, 3 years driving experience, good driving record, use of vehicle and willingness to transport participants in personal vehicle. Must be able to travel within the region to access residential settings, employers, offices and community organizations.
