Mix and bake a varied assortment including cookies, scones, muffins, ring cakes, layer cakes, coffee cakes, bars, and pies as directed by Prepared Foods Team Leader. 2. Plan and maintain attractive, fully stocked Service and Grab and Go dessert sections 3. Plan and maintain appropriate cross merchandise pairings with our seasonal deli fare 4. Visit other stores for comparison on price, display and variety 5. Provide product information for customers, staff, and newsletter. 6. Provide assistance for special orders, and always provide prompt, friendly, and respectful customer service to all customers 7. Record waste using proper shrink sheets 8. Clean up spills, sweep, mop, polish work area 9. Maintain department cleanliness and functionality 10. Participate in all inventory counts 11. Maintain department tools and equipment to proper working order 12. Read, and initial deli communication logs daily 13. Attend and participate in storewide and departmental team meetings as scheduled 14. Other duties, as assigned by Prepared Foods Team Leader.
