Property Coordinator
for a progressive non-profit agency
Northampton, MA

Put your impressive organizational skills to work as a core member of our Property & Maintenance team—helping to keep our projects on track, on time, and on budget.

As our Property Coordinator, you will:
• Assure follow-through on inspections, maintenance and construction/renovation projects
• Continuously update contractor lists, and obtain project quotes
• Manage and maintain our properties data base

You’re a detail person who thrives on making sure information is up to date and in order. Confident in your abilities to keep people and projects moving forward, you easily step in as needed to nudge things along. And you do so in a way that makes people trust you and want to do their best work. You’ve already had some experience in property/real estate management, so are familiar with the terms and conditions of these projects, and you easily spot any additional details that may need to be addressed. A skilled problem-solver, you have excellent computer and data base management skills, and you’re able to clearly communicate complex information in writing and over the phone.
