The primary responsibilities are supervises technical staff, oversees production for energy conversation and heating system repair/replacements programs throughout Hampshire and Franklin Counties, and requires office and field work. The successful candidate will have direct experience dealing with private contractors and multiple funding sources, management experience, proficient computer and Excel skills, an eye for detail and a bachelor’s degree in related field. This is a 37.50 hour/week position based in Greenfield with some travel throughout the service area. Pay range $48,750 to $51,714 annual.
