Location: 1150 West Street, South Amherst, MA 01002 Job Status: Part Time This position is for someone, who exhibits outstanding customer service, is conscientious, courteous and friendly, someone who understands basic math and money handling skills and for someone who wants to work closely with a team in a fast paced environment. Potential for growth within the department. Overall responsibilities include: -Customer Service -Teamwork & communication -Assisting customers with questions or directing them to someone who can assist -Sales -Cleaning/Sanitation -Money Handling -POS Operation KEY JOB DUTIES (not exhaustive) -Operate cash register, Make change, cash checks, issue receipts -Efficient and accurate operation of point of sale -Exceptional customer service -Assisting customers with questions or directing them to someone who can assist -Bag groceries, retrieve carts, retrieve hand baskets, refill department supplies -Sweep, mop, clean -Help customers carry groceries -Maintain regular and prompt attendance at worksite -Perform other duties as assigned About Atkins Farms Atkins Farms is a locally owned and operated business located in South Amherst, MA.
