Description:
The Center for EcoTechnology is looking for an Inside Sales Coordinator to establish a partnership with each member of the sales team to ensure a smooth and successful sales process. The Inside Sales Coordinator is responsible for contributing to the achievement of department and organization mission impact and sales goals.

Job Responsibilities:

- Administrative: Track and record all sales activity in the appropriate databases. Work closely with the sales team to coordinate sales efforts.
- Communications and Operations: Provide accurate information to technical services team when handing off leads. Follow up on work in process to ensure appropriate work flow through sales, subcontractors, and operations. Report frequently to supervisor with summary of activity. Work cross-functionally to ensure all elements of the order, sales, and post-sales support are being fulfilled. Represent the sales department by participating in interdepartmental teams; interact with other departments in a positive, effective, and supportive manner
- Sales and Customer Service: Answer and respond to e-mail and telephone inquiries, customer questions, logistics, and critical sales issues
- Develop PowerPoint presentations, attend meetings and take notes, provide administrative support, and other duties as assigned

What You Offer

You have a minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative support position with experience coordinating projects. Ability to multi-task with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills required. Ability to work under pressure in a changing environment.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal required, with the ability to present a positive and professional impression while interacting with a diverse population. Ability to understand and communicate technical information required. Experience in Salesforce or similar CRM. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel, as well as the ability to master new software programs. Ability to work with sales and technical teams to cross promote services. Passion for the environment and a desire to make a difference in a not-for-profit industry.
