Become a part of our team of competent and compassionate professionals as a Receptionist for Connections and Unity Place, two new programs to be located in Greenfield MA.

Connections, a 32-bed co-ed program will provide residential rehabilitation services as an alternative to incarceration to adults 18 years or older who are involved in the justice system and struggling with issues related to addiction.

Unity Place, 1 16-bed co-ed program will provide residential rehabilitation services to individuals suffering from addiction and mental illness.

The receptionist operates telephone and voice mail systems in a timely and welcoming manner. They Greets and directs clients in a courteous, professional manner. As well as maintains appearance of waiting room, mail room and office areas. The receptionist contacts staff in a timely manner to let them know of a client’s arrival and assists clients to get to their destination in the building. He/she will assist with processing staff paperwork, filing, and entering appointments as needed. There is also program specific data entry and recordkeeping as required, thus the need for proficiency in use of all office equipment (copier, fax, PC, including word processing programs). The receptionist will maintains an inventory of office supplies and orders supplies in a cost-effective manner as required. They will also maintain organized file systems. He/she may also perform work-related errands requiring use of their own vehicle.

Requirements:
Receptionist at Behavioral Health Network have the following qualities:
•Good computer skills (including knowledge of MS Office Suite).
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
•Must have familiarity with word processing and email systems.
•Detail oriented and good organizational skills.
•Must be able to work in high demand and/or stressful environments from time to time.
•Minimum 6 months related office experience preferred.
•High school diploma or equivalent.
