Description:
The Director of Quality Compliance develops, implements and maintains agency wide systems to ensure quality services and positive outcomes. In line with our mission and goals, they will ensure that we meet internal quality standards, requirements of external funding and regulatory sources. Responsible for providing advice and leadership to the organization as a whole relative to protection and advocacy for Human Rights. This position will oversee the Quality Facilitator. This role will be primary liaison for all accreditation and credentialing surveys.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 5 years related experience, 2 of these years being in a supervisory capacity required. Ability to complete all initial and ongoing background checks including but not limited to: CORI, SORI, Fingerprinting, LEIE, Driving record, E-verify, Physical, PPD and licensing and/or certification checks (i.e. nursing). Valid US driver’s license and ready access to a vehicle.
