Preferred candidate will have a strength-based approach, excellent knowledge of early childhood development and demonstrated ability to support and mentor diverse educators in their evolving practice. Must be knowledgeable of EEC and Head Start regulations, experience with reflective practice highly preferred. Program will provide training for CLASS proficiency and in the Brazelton Touchpoints approach, used throughout the Program.
